Slumber is Consolation is an album about eavesdropping.

From November 10th to November 25th, 2022, along my daily commutes, I collected fragments of ideas and conversations from loved ones and strangers alike.

From December 5th to December 20th, I edited these fragments into poems, mostly categorized by location, and serialized the poems into the pieces you’re about to hear.

I encourage you to read the poems and explore the collages while listening, and to approach each of the compositions with open ears.
